How
to Play:
There
are two wagers on the Caribbean Stud table: the Ante and the
Bet, which is double the Ante.
You begin
with the Ante bet. Each player is dealt 5 cards. The dealer
receives 4 cards face down and 1 face up.
If you
are satisfied with your hand, you place the Bet wager equal
to double the Ante. If you don't think you can win, you may
fold the hand and you will only lose the Ante. If you do not
place the Bet, you may not continue in the hand. After everyone
has either placed the Bet or folded the hand, the dealer will
show their hand.
If the
dealer does not qualify, i.e. does not have Ace King or better,
you will be paid even money on the Ante only. The Bet wager
is void, i.e. it is a push.
If the
dealer does qualify and you have a better hand than the dealer,
you will be paid even money for the Ante and the Bet is paid
according to the schedule on the right.
If the
dealer qualifies and has a hand better than yours, you lose
both the Ante and the Bet.
